Conveniently bulk-assign work orders with a single action.
  • Go to the “Work Orders” tab and click on the “Open Work Orders” tab
  • Then, to assign multiple work orders to the same engineer, simply select the tickets by clicking on the small boxes of the tickets that you would like to assign.
  • Click on the “Action Items” button at the top of the table and select, “Edit Assignment”.
  • Scroll or type to find the name of the person that you would like to assign the selected tickets, then click, “Save”.
