Please use this form if you are attempting to log into our brand new SilverLeaf Lifestyles app. This app will be used for Pool Access, Amenity News, Events, Communication, Pool Closures, HOA Meeting Dates. 

STOP PLEASE READ: You must be registered with the Amenity Center directly to receive access to the app. Renters must register directly with the Amenity Center, not through your landlord. If you are new to SilverLeaf, or have not yet registered, please register here: SilverLeaf Amenity Facility Registration Form  After our onboarding team processes your registration, you will get access to our app.

HEADSHOTS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE APP FOR ANYONE OVER THE AGE OF 13.

If you potentially uploaded the wrong photo (couples photo, photo with a child, a far away photo, a non-human photo) we are requiring a headshot to verify your identity via the app. Headshot is defined as a form of a portrait, but more narrowly defined as a closeup of a person’s face where they are looking directly at the camera.Headshots are required for identification.  If you do not upload a headshot, your app account will be suspended and you will need to check-in at the pool with a photo ID.

 

Allow up to 72 business hours for us to input your data and note that all information will be cross verified against registrations we have on file.
Please note: onsite staff attendants do not have the authorization to add additional household members. You must email [email protected]  with proof of residency to add additional household members. Proof of residency can be brought onsite Monday – Friday 7:30am – 2:30pm
