Prior to entering the pool, the Lifeguard staff will verify homeowner eligibility against a roster as
provided by the HOA. Homeowners will be required to show their pool registration QR code (with a
photo). Homeowners who are turned away from accessing the pool should contact the management
company for resolution.

Pool access is on a first-come first-serve basis until the pool capacity is reached. Only six (6) people
per household will be allowed per day. Adults are required to escort children under the age of 16 to
the pool. Teens between the ages of 16-17 are permitted without an adult and may escort up to two
children under the age of twelve (12). One adult is allowed to accompany no more than two children
under 5 years old; four children, ages 5 to 10 years; or one child under five, plus up to three children

water. Please note, the kiddie pool capacity is 11. If you bring small children to the pool and the kiddie
pool is full, you may use the main pool until there is an open slot. Please keep small children within
arm’s reach when at the main pool area.

Individuals who use the pool must shower before getting into the pool, indoor showers are in the back
of each restroom along with a locker and changing area. There is also one (1) outdoor shower. The

the pool gates. Please promptly remove all trash and do not leave open food lying on the pool deck.

foul language). If a homeowner complains to the lifeguard about the music, the lifeguard will ask that
the music be turned off. Failure to comply may result in losing pool privilege for the remainder of the
day. Excessive noise violations may result in losing all clubhouse and pool privileges for up to one
year.
