Please complete the form below to agree to the rules for use of the pool. Completion is required before access to the pool can be granted through AmenityLinc. We collect some personal information but it is limited to and does not exceed the required information to operate the pool pass system. Mobile phone numbers are required to enable mobile access credentials with our new access control and door lock system. Property management also reserves the right to send important SMS notifications for announcements such as pool closures due to inclement weather. 

Please note: All adults will require a unique email address in order to access your personal pool pass. One adult pool pass is required to check in other household members. All adults will also be required to upload a clearly identifiable photo of themselves to the app for additional verification by the pool staff.

Pool Rules – 2024 Season

1. Admission to the pool requires a current pool pass. All members regardless of age MUST have a current pass. Passes are not transferable. Gate Attendant or Lifeguard will confiscate all passes from any household with a balance that is over thirty (30) days delinquent or has an outstanding violation. Pool passes will be returned by management once the lot is in compliance.

2. The pool management staff (Manager, Assistant Manager, Lifeguards, and Gate Attendants) has absolute authority over enforcing the pool rules and the operation and safety conditions of the pool. The Manager is in charge of the pool and uses his/her discretion to enforce the rules and regulations to maintain a safe and healthy environment.

3. Staff may issue citations for any violation(s) of the Pool Rules. Any patron issued a citation will be subject to the Association’s Enforcement Procedure, and the sanctions imposed may include the loss of their pool privileges. Failure to comply with the rules and regulations by any ONE MEMBER of a household, or their guest, can result in temporary suspension or complete loss of pool privileges for the ENTIRE HOUSEHOLD.

4. Household members under eighteen (18) years of age must be accompanied by the deeded owner of the property in the Association or the financially responsible tenant named on the lease.

5. Guests at the pool must be accompanied by the deeded owner of the property in the Association or the financially responsible tenant named on the lease.

6. Deeded owners and/or the financially responsible tenant named on the lease are responsible for all persons they allow to attend the pool, including but not limited to guests, family members, or other occupants of their home. Deeded owners and/or the financially responsible tenant are allowed to bring up to 2 guests.

7. Any unauthorized person(s) found inside the pool gates when the pool is closed will be subject to the Association’s Enforcement Procedure. The sanctions imposed may include the loss of pool privileges for up to 60 days. Such persons may also be prosecuted for trespassing.

8. If any patron urinates or defecates in the pool or on the restroom floors, the deeded owner and/or financially responsible tenant named on the lease will be financially responsible for clean-up costs, which may include the cost to empty and sanitize the pool.

9. All persons must take a shower before entering the pool area, by order of the Prince George’s County Health Department.

10. Floating toys, life rings, or air mattresses are not permitted in the pool. The uses of facemasks, snorkels, swim fins, balls, dive sticks and other swimming aides will be left to the discretion of the lifeguard.

11. Only authorized personnel are permitted in the lifeguard office, filter equipment rooms, or on the lifeguard stands. The inner porch shall be cleared of clutter 15 minutes prior to pool opening.

12. No sunbathing or chairs are allowed within three (3) feet of the edge of the pool. Judged at lifeguard’s discretion.

13. Non-swimmers must stay in shallow water. Any person wearing water wings is allowed in the shallow end of the pool alone but MUST be supervised by a person over the age of 16, who is a capable swimmer, within arms-reach when in water over the person’s head.

14.The following are not permitted in the POOL AREA:

  1. Glass or sharp metal objects
  2. Pets
  3. Abusive language/profanity
  4. Alcoholic beverages and/or persons under the influence of alcohol/drugs
  5. Smoking (this includes vape pens and/or hookah devices)
  6. Running, pushing, splashing, horseplay, or unruly behavior
  7. Wheeled vehicles (except baby carriages, strollers, and wheelchairs or other medically necessary equipment)
  8. Persons wearing bandages and/or with skin abrasions, colds, inflamed eyes, or other types of possibly contagious infections
  9. Playing, swinging, or sitting on ladders
  10. Climbing, banging, or playing on guard chairs
  11. Chewing gum or tobacco
  12. Grills or other cooking devices

15. NO DIVING.

16. No moving pool furniture without the lifeguard’s permission.

17. Standard swimwear (swimming suits and/or trunks) must be worn while swimming in the pool and must be opaque when wet. Clothing, such as cut-off pants or jeans, basketball/athletic shorts, underwear, and thong bathing suits are prohibited.

18. Emergency equipment and other lifeguard equipment are for lifeguard use only.

19. The pool may be closed at the lifeguard’s discretion in the case of adverse weather or operational breakdown.

20. All incontinent persons must wear rubber pants or pampers swimmers.

21. Anyone under the age of 12 using the children’s pool area must be accompanied by a person over the age of 16 who is capable of caring for the health and safety of the person being supervised.

22. There is a $25.00 fee per pass to replace lost recreational passes, regardless of the reason. Please contact the Property Manager at (301) 336-6259 if you need a replacement card.
