Households are a feature that allows you to group users and create user profiles for children or other residents who do not have permission to log in or make reservations themselves. Households also allow one resident to make a reservation for themselves and other members of their household.

How households work

Households are a process to tie individuals together so that one adult in a household can make a reservation for other household members (adults and children). Households are an identity marker – either an address, suite number, or another unique identifier. By assigning households, you are providing your residents with more capabilities to make group reservations. Households should live in the same property.

Create a new Household

To create a new household, navigate to the Household directory on the lefthand menu. Click +New button on the top lefthand corner to add a new household.

This will pull up the form to create a new household. Households are identifying markers that group users together. Type in the new identifying marker to create the household; then click Save.
