Overview:

User Tags are a powerful tool that allow you to identify, categorize, and segment users within your directory in the unique ways your building needs. There are many uses for this feature, but here are a few examples of ways in which cove clients are currently using tags:

  • tag users who have signed fitness center waivers
  • tag remote vs. in-person employees
  • tag users for individualized communication

Where Can I See User Tags?

User Tags are visible from the user directory and individual profiles as a Building Administrator or Tenant Administrator. Users cannot see the tags associated with their profile.
