The User Directory allows you to add, update and manage your user list. From this table, you can upload a new user list, edit details on specific users, and send invitations to users to download the Mobile App.

When you first open up the User menu, you will see your User Directory and a sample list of your users. From here you can view, edit and manage your user list. In the sample image below you can see the columns in the table including Actions, Photo, Demographic Info, Status, and User Role. You also have timestamps for when a user was added and when they were sent an invite.

 

Actions you can take:

  • From the main view, you can upload a new list of users by selecting Upload or add a single new user by clicking +New.
  • You can use the Search bar to search for a specific user.
  • You can select all users to send out App Invites or Announcements to the User list.
  • You can also sort by any of the table’s columns to view users by status, date added, or other information.
  • And you can Edit, Send Invite, or View the Pool Pass for each User by clicking the icons within Actions.

How to edit a User profile

If you need to edit a specific user’s information, follow these steps:

  1. Search for the user by typing in their first or last name in the Search bar.
  2. Once you see the user you are looking to edit, select the Pencil Icon in the Actions column next to their name.
  3. From here, you can change their name and assigned household or Tenant. You can also edit their details such as email address and phone number.
  4. You can also assign the user to be a Tenant  Admin, Building Admin, Building Engineer or a Reservation Manager. Learn more about User Roles here.
  5. Finally, you can change the Account Status of the User.If you need to Suspend a user account so that they can no longer login to the application or make reservations for your property, select Suspended from the dropdown. Learn more about Suspending Users here.

 

How to resend an Invitation to a User

If you have changed a user’s email address or they were not able to download the Mobile App when you initially invited them, you can resend the invitation.

  1. Search for the user by typing in their first or last name in the Search bar.
  2. Once you have found the user, select the Mailbox icon in the Actions column next to their name.
  3. This will pull up a confirmation message asking you to confirm that you’d like to send a Mobile App invite to the user. Click Send.

For Users who don’t have smartphones or prefer a printed version of their Pass, you can print out a hardcopy of their Pass from the Dashboard.

  1. Search for the user by typing in their first or last name in the Search bar.
  2. Once you have found the user, select the View Pass icon in the Actions column next to their name.
  3. This will pull up their Pass with a Print button so you can print it out. It should be roughly wallet-sized, but feel free to adjust margins and layout to your printing preferences.
